I’ve always struggled with OCD and repetitive thoughts on a loop. Usually it’s good things but now and again I latch on to something negative and panic and find myself doing loads of research and it always turns out to be me overthinking. This usually happens when there’s a lot of change in my life. It’s always there and I have to have a lot of reassurance that it’s NOTHING. It’s just who I am and part of being me.
